This course introduces participants to a Whole Health approach to wellness and recovery, integrating evidence-informed peer support models such as Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP®), Whole Health Action Management (WHAM®), and Peer Whole Health & Resilience. Participants develop skills to identify personal wellness goals to support physical, mental, emotional, social, and environmental well-being. Participants will develop skills to recognize stressors and early warning signs, build resilience, and create a personalized Whole Health Plan that supports long-term stability and quality of life.
